(CAIRO, Reuters) Egyptian doctors have successfully removed a 100-pound tumor from the stomach of a 17-year-old girl.
Doctors said the very large tumor had been growing inside the girl’s stomach for the past two years.
The tumor occupied almost the entire abdominal cavity and was pressing on her internal organs.
