Dear Sam,
Thanks a lot for your help. I’m sure the apartment you found will do fine, but as it happens, I’ll be making a trip up to Denver the week after next, so I can do as you suggest and take a look at the place. Of course, if you’ve found any other place, I’ll check those out, too.
I’ll be arriving on the morning of March 2nd. After I take care of business, I should be free in the afternoon to look at apartments and, of course, I’ll buy you that dinner in the evening. I have to fly back at 9 PM, or I’d buy you a beer at your favorite pub as well.
