Sandy Donovan, 41, eats with a kid-size fork. “A small fork holds less food but still lets me feel like I’m getting a mouthful,” she says. Sandy lost 40 pounds five years ago and has kept it off with her bag of diet tricks. She also uses a small spoon for soup and a small dinner plate. “And when I eat ice cream, a favorite food which I sometimes treat myself to, instead of a bowl, I use a small juice glass and fill it to the top. Bounty is in the eye of the beholder.”
