专心吃东西。
Don’t read while you eat. Don’t watch TV while you eat. Don’t stand up and move around while you eat. Just eat. Not concentrating on your food makes it much less satisfying, which makes you keep on eating when you should be full.

吃东西时不要阅读、不要看电视、也不要站起来四处走动。只要专心吃东西就行了。不专心吃东西会大大减低你的饱足感,这样子会使你在应该已经饱了的时候还继续吃。
